Nope. Gloss black would get destroyed in a short amount of time. This has a flat black finish that can easily be touched up. I put a liberal amount of turtle wax ice on it and had an "eggshell" finish that really matches the rockers well. I need to take better pictures.. I was down too low when i took them. It looks mean as hell when you are looking down from a normal level.. and from the side. At first I thought it was a bit much.. but now I am very happy with it. Now I just have to worry about my wife wanting to drive it (she's only driven it once) and slamming it into a parking curb... Since the car is lowered.. the Fang would not have a chance.. [:@]
