No. But if something does go wrong and they find the cause to be one of your aftermarket mods, then yes. I'm sure the dealership has seen a plenty of modded Mustangs too.

why not change yourself, takes about 15 minutes w/ floorjack and jackstands. takes me longer to drive to the dealership than it is to change it myself. i'm no mechanic, but i can change the oil pretty easily. but anyway i dont think the CAI will make a difference.

you might as well do it yourself...the only plus side is that for not too much more, they'll fill all your other fluids, and do their other checks as well....but, it costs more, takes more time, etc.

i called around, and the dealer in my home town said he wouldn't recommend doing too much to the car, but he said exhaust is cool as long as you don't mess with the cats, don't do a cai (he told me that if something happened anywhere with the motor they would blame it on the cai regardless of whether or not it would have caused the problem - some dealers may be different, but that is this one's policy. unless, you buy a ford racing one and they install it, then you must keep the receipt from install), hi-flow filter ok, and computer tune can't be traced if you re-setto stock anyway.

I take mine in to get the oil changed all the time and they never touch anything. If something happens to your car just put all the factory stuff back on before you take it in.

so you have no warrenty on your exhaust, or air intake including the MAF... which the stock exhaust is who knows where and you changed the intake, and as long as the tune is isnt very rich/lean that wont cause a problem so if your tranny goes boom its covered
