1/4" is fine. I couldn't get my passenger side tip centered. When I had my driver side installed a week later, he centered the passenger side for me.

ummm okay?? wow thanks for that response maybe should avoid calling something stupid before you see it
Stupid is as stupid does. I just call em like I see em.
It seems to have rubbed you wrong. Sorry you cant
take some IMHO criticism from a fellow Forum member.
Skin a little thin there?
Naw my skins fine thanks just responding to you coming at me with a comment...I don't see the problem in that. I can take opinions but tell me how you can call it as you see it when you haven't seen a pic??

Looks fine to me, about the same as I have and I've had mine on for several thousand miles with no bumper problems at all.

On another note, do you mind if I use your avatar on a something? I really like that and since I have a pony package as well I thought it would look good on a shirt.

I actually got it from someone else on the boards as well.

The best way to do this so that it looks right is to have the same distance from the top of the tail pipe as you have from each side; if you look at a factory GT that is how they line up. You do not want them to look like they are pointing up or down; just sitting level.
