10k Mmm sounds like a gt killer to me. Here is what I would do with 10k personally in no order at all:

Gt takeoff rear bumper
FRPP dual exhaust
c&l intake
front and rear gt sway bars
3.73 gears (since you're going f/i)
BBK throttle body
Nology spark plug wires
sts twin turbo setup (they make it for the gt but since you live close I'm sure they could fab it up for you with no problems)

That should take you somewhere around 10k ish

or you could go single turbo and have money left over for visual mods like rims, front fascia etc.

Chrome pieces like around the air vents and such? If so I think you can find them on some v6 mustangs. I think some came with black plastic pieces and others came with chrome rings. So you miht be able to find them on ebay or put an ad up on craigslist saying you're looking to trade. As for rims it's us to your on personal taste, but I've always loved the 20" bullet rims on our cars

it depnds you can leave the stock rear end which is a 7.5. then get the 3.73 gears. i would take the 3.73s over the 4.10 because as an everyday driver the 4.10s chew up too much gas. with the gears you will also need to get the t-locsome say the t-loc is junk but i think it works just fine.after install these two things will cost slightly less than a thousand bucks. if you want to go with the more pricey 8.8 inch rear end your talkin quite a bit more to have it installed. due to the fact that they have to completely take the oe out thenreplace it. all depends on what you want in life. to me the whole new rear end isnt worth it.
