Default Painting v6 valve covers

So... I'm curious how MRT was able to do this?
Got it from here




anyone have an idea? I'd love to paint those pieces of plastic and liven things up!

but that's a write-up for the metal valve covers found on the gts... i know ours are plastic and will require a different type of prepping, right?

I asked this same question a few months ago....I'll find the thread for you. But it still works the same as the other write up. And I dont think I have ever heard of "plastic" valve covers...but i may be wrong.

^^ haha nope. its some type of heat resistant plastic... but its definitely plastic... unless they make fiberous black metal nowadays...

yes I have popped my hood thank you.


And yes you are correct they are plastic.


Here is the other thread it can be done but since are valve covers are plastic they have to be prepped different.
