Default Turbo vs. Super

Besides the obvious battles i.e. american muscle vs. japanese, what one do you guys think is best? A side question with both of these would you have to run on a higher octane gas? Links X-ChargerSTS turbo

Are you wanting a fun DD with plenty of giddyup or a all out beast?

The X comes with both a 91 and 93 octane Tune ... However in GA nobody sells 91 so I run the 93 .... With that particulary turbo unit ... I don't think you can run dual exhuast .... and even though duals don't add any HP ... I don't think a Mustang looks right without them ..

which is more reliable? although the turbo is VERY enticing, the X seems to be a very reliable unit for the DD with all the kick you need for street use.

between those two kits id get the x for sure.

the sts single turbo spools pretty late and made pretty low numbers for a turbo car.

im sure in straight line acceleration the X would be slightly ahead. not to mention itd be more fun for street use.

and this is coming from a turbo guy lol

Thats all good to know, especially since i just want a DD that will be a thrill to drive. I should probably ask the manufacturer but I think you guys know more lol, if i ordered the X could i get it at a slightly higher psi like i dont know an 8 or 9 psi kit cause then itd be a genuine GT killer, but at a 1 to 2 psi difference am i sacrificing the reliability? Thanks for all the info and keep it comin [sm=smiley20.gif]

I love turbos, I've had a couple. But that X looks so easy to install. The best part is NO EXHAUST WORK!!! That exhaust workon turbos is a B***H!!
