I have that attitude, too, but in this case I have great respect for the man whose name is on it: John Fitch is a war hero, an internationally acclaimed racing driver, a car perfecter who preceded Roush and Saleen by decades, a safety innovator, and a good guy/gentleman. So, I thought I'd give it a try.

The few controlled tests I was able to do before being overtaken by the Mod Bug once again did not produce any remarkable improvements in either fuel consumption or performance measures.

It's a nice piece of kit, not something to be ashamed of there in the engine compartment. I'll be relocating it someday, when the standard filter box gives way to a Cold Air Induction unit, but unless I can't find a good place to put it, don't expect to remove it.

I know of two other Mustang installations, and one of them is "too early to tell", the second reports a reliable 2 MPG improvement in fuel economy and a noticeable improvement in performance.

it looks like it actually does work they dont promise huge gains like alot of snake oil crap does, and if they make this product for yard equipment all the way up to ship motors i would think is work pretty good

http://www.musclecarblog.com/story-4..._fuel_catalyst

this link show it being installed on a 07 gt they said it gain about 3mpg for highway use, also it looks like this is certified by the epa 40CFR85.2114

you can get one from their the mfg web site for like $177 with everthing you need to install it with out cutting line or anything
