Default Window scratches???

It kinda looks like my tint is scratching of there are billions of vertical lines from rolling my window up and bow and they dont just wipe away???

Did you have mole skin installed? Only the 2008 Mustangs came with mole skin to prevent tint scratching. However, you can do it yourself. Check out the "How to" by Tacobill below;

Welcome to the Club of Scratched Up Tint!! Yes you have to replace your tint and moleskin should run you around 30 bucks.

Installing the moleskin is easy, but yes..you would need new tint after the moleskin, unless you dont mind looking at scratched tint..

Yea I fell victim to the tint scratch too...Seems to get worse everytime I wash my car BUT, being stopped for my tint is just my excuse to throw on some Moleskin the next time around...

And you DON'T have to pay $30 for Moleskin
