Man you guys got those round stops on the very bottom out? I just popped loose the white clips that run along the side and then the ones on the bottom where the slits are on the rocker i just used a flat blade screwdriver and kind of worked the rocker off. I don't think the black plastic ones on the bottom are made to come out!

That's what we did. U don't need to take the x-mas tree pins all the way out.
Thread the heads back thru the slits in the new rockers. Pull the heads thru with a screwdriver. Push them up. That's how I did it! I can't believe what a difference they make! I had one side on and one side off. Looked on new side and then old side....OMG
It makes the car look so much better!!!

A few mods I've been working on....

LOL, i must be the only one that pulled ALL the pins out. those christmas tree black pins were stubborn to pull all the way out (used plyers) and the teeth were actually damaged afterwards. after placing the black pins back in, they seem to be holding up fine although i would like to get some brand new ones to make sure.

anybody know where to get em or how much they cost? thanks.

what would the car look like if I took of the rockers and left it like that? Would it be a clean look, or are the rockers actually supposed to be there??

they are supposed to be there. otherwise it looks like your car was stolen and stripped.

I got my replacement black christmas tree pinsfrom the parts department at my local Ford dealer. They come in packs of four, so you need four packs. They charged me $3 and changeper christams tree!!!!! What a rip...
