Yes, takes away from back pressure if not F/I.

only if your still rolling with factory tune. i'm sure with a custom tune or better (F/I), any torque loss would be minimized or eliminated.

anybody have comments on the pypes headers? those are very reasonably priced.
Hey Sancho, Pypes = Generic SS shorties.. Same string of chineese factories make em all... And i think they also make the JBA's too as i had a set side by side and bought the generics and have no issues. the only gotcha is whether they are 301, 321 or 421 stainless. different grades = different heat stability and rust issues......321 is better for rust...421 better for high heat F/I issues...
thanks, i can hold out on the JBA SS then. i guess that would really make my car rep JBA.[8D]

a bit off topic.....how is your driveshaft working out? i have plans for the same one you got.
Very good product. High end U joints, Balanced and quiet. Also i didnt have to get an adj UCA (did anyway but set at stock 8.5 inches fromcenter to center) to compensate for the spring drop (1 inch front and 1.4 back) with fixed aluminum DS as the pinion angle was still close to spec.

Well I will give you all a more complete review tommorrow, if you want it. They are great I love them they fit good with no leaks we can tell and its been to the drags now so they have been put through the test. They are reputable and they fit great

well i bought a set of headers off of ebay and have the drivers side on, would have gotten both sides done but had to run to the neighbors house to help him shut off the water to his house becuase he sprinkler system sprung a big leak. so far the fitment is spot on the only problem it the bolts that hold the oil dipstick and the coil bracket need to be longer due to the headers haveing the flange there where the stock manifold dont have that flange
