Ford dealership.
Bout $40 for the 12 items needed.
6 bolts and 6 nut/clips

As long as you're being careful and single-using the nuts and bolts, invest in a torque wrench and a crow-foot adapter to crank down that front sway bar link.

why should I do that ? Sounds like it could be tricky . I mean installing the bar should be easy cause theres nothing there to begin with so no removal.

why should I do that ? Sounds like it could be tricky . I mean installing the bar should be easy cause theres nothing there to begin with so no removal.
Each of those fasteners, front and rear, asks for a specified torque to be applied. The rear ones need only a good socket to go with the wrench that measures and indicates the torque applied. The front links have a small hex on the end of the screw. It must be held motionless while the nut is torqued. You can't reach the hex with a wrench when there is a socket on the nut. Crowfoot leaves the hex clear for the wrench.

I was assuming you are doing a front GT bar and a rear GT bar.

no just adding a rear GT bar , so let me get this right I need a $40 set from FORD, a torque wrech and what else to do this

Ummm.....
Maybe the poly bushings and some silicone lube for poly bushings.
No need to remove the lower shock mounts if you go with the Ford
fastners as the nuts are captured.
