Roush Vent Pod and Mechanical Boost Gauge Install Question
Hi,
Could anyone that has installed a mechanical boost gauge in a Roush vent pod tell me if you needed to cut out a small area inside the vent duct to run the nylon tubing to the gauge so that it didn't get crimped or were you able to run it without altering the insides of the vent? I have the vent pod and a AutoMeter Ultra Lite II gauge. I would like to get these installed. I attempted it last weekend, but I was not certain if I needed to do any cutting inside the vent to run the nylon tubing without it getting crimped behind the gauge. I appreciate any feedback on this!
Thanks!
