Duals, finally!!!!!!
Well, after about a year and a half of having her, I finally went duals. I had a shop in Oceanside set me up with dual Flowmaster 40's....and HOLY S**T!!!! These sound a mean as hell (even for a 6 to all you 6 haterz) . I told my wife that she'd hear me before she saw me, and sure nuff that was the case!! LOL Here's some pics of the duals, and I figured I'd post a pic of the bay since I hadn't taken one with the Airaid. Slowly but surely she's coming along.

Super. And the airaid was the only cai that I knew of that didn't require a tune, and I really wanted a cai at the time. Now, because of some of the mods that I want, I should have waited until I had enough to get both. Oh well, I'm a little impatient lol. Thnx for the compliments though.

I have Dual 40's on mine to. Oh wait till they get broke in, they get even deeper and more defined. I thought mine was a little ricey when I first got them, now they sound really good. Just for good measure, throw you some headers on there, they make a world of difference, not so much loud but deep and defined. The power you can just simply get out of an exhaust system on these cars amaze me because I can tell mine isnt stock and all I have is true Dual 40's and Headers. Also another thing on these mufflers. The tips make a huge difference First I went with 2.5 inch tips, they werent that good then I switched to 3 inch and it also made a world of difference with the sound

Welcome to the party! Ya, too bad about the airaid. It took all the strength I had to wait until I could afford the C & L combo from Bama Chips. I started with a crappy Ebay CAI, which was still better than the stock box! The upside is, that you should be able to sell your airaid, when you're ready to upgrade. What a difference a tuner makes!!!
