how to install springs

im going to order a spring kit off of AM for my 06 this week. Does anyone have a sticky on how to install them yourself? i dont really want to pay the shop to install them if i can find instructions on how to do it, any help would be appreciated.

make shore you have a spring tensener or you would wish you paid a shop
