Not to unload on you specifically, but I think your question does a disservice to PowerHouse. Any time you add forced induction to a motor not designed to handle it, then you run a risk of damaging the motor. The TUNE required for FI becomes critical. IIRC, nearly all of the FI-4.0L motors that popped were being pushed HARD. Some were running dual power adders (FI and nitrous); others were running all out on the street for an extended period (which is harder on a motor than making a 12 second pass); and I know of one owner who installed a supercharger and ran it with the stock tune (POP!).
PowerHouse makes a VERY streetable turbo kit that will produce mid-to-low 12's with supporting mods. Don't be concerned about PowerHouse's quality, which is on par with other aftermarket companies. But make sure you are aware of the risks associated with ANY forced induction on your car.

+1 on what Bill (28hopup) said. It's a great kit. This past weekend, we saw two of these kits, results as follows:
-12.6@109: DR's, gears and light supporting mods
-13.2@105: 18in street tires, stock peg leg 7.5 and 3.31's (ie no supporting mods)
Both are very strong runs. Both daily drivers. I wouldn't use Lance, myself or Joey (army) as a every day example, as we were pushing our cars for everything they had. We knew we were headed for carnage and wanted to know the limits.
But daily drivers, good tune, you can see 10.9 to mid or low 12's all day long. And with appropriate cool down periods.
