If the stats are correct, yes. It will be more boost friendly, and should make a little more TQ than our cars. Lighter block. But, as usual, have to see it in person and at a track. Though preliminary testing with that particular more shows its under tuned from the factory. Intake and tune gained 35rwhp on that 3.5 motor.

And I can't divulge the three sources I have this, all of which have been spot on over the past 3 years (benefits of going to the track, and making contacts).

What are the specs on the new engine? Is it supposed to be in the new 2010 model?

yeah it suppossed to be in the 2010 but I dont remember where I found the specs.

It will most likely edge out the 4.0 mod for mod, but we will have to wait and see to be certain.

I thought they were keeping the 4.0 for 2010? At this point they don't even have a 3.5 RWD model to use do they?

I think its hitting in 2011. I heard from reliable sources, prototypes are in the works for the aftermarket already. You won't be able to tell as they will be in s197 bodies.
