Default Wideband for tunes, not FI?

The more I read the more I need smacked by a money tree. I'm wondering if the cost of a wideband monitor for AFR monitoring is worth it for just mildly modded cars. Currently I'm just running a TI CAI with a SCT X3 and a single GT takeoff muffler. I know to listen for detonation and I haven't heard any, but then again she says I'm half deaf. I could still be running lean, right? The widebands seem to be the only way to get pinpoint accurate readings, would any of the X3 datalogging put to rest mild paranoia? Not 'the sky is falling' paranoia, but more or less wanting to know everything is cool.

I'd love to get it on a dyno someday, but there don't seem to be any close by. Maybe Powerhouse, they're about 2.5hrs north of here. I don't think I've got any other dynos closer.

Might go X Charging someday and would definitely get one at that point, but that's still 50-50. New driveway, steps, wall and landscaping or X Charger???
