Default Noisy OEM gauges

Anyone else have this, couldn't find it in a search. I got a grindy soundy which seems to be behind the tach. It sounds like a laptop harddrive, that's the best I can describe it. It's audible while the car is running and also after shutting it off until you open the door. All the gauges seem to work correctly other than this noise.

Its the shaker swapping CDs.
Pull the RADIO fuse and see if it still does it.
Pull the INSTURMENT CLUSTER fuse and so
on until the source of the noise disappears.
