I think it has to do with the spacing between the stripes. Personally, I think 10" stripes look killer with a 2" space between them. If you choose to run a pin stripe with them, I would recomend you run them on both the inside and outside of the stripes, i feel it just looks better. 12" stripes, cant go wrong with those either, although they may look odd with a pin stripe? I plan to run 10" black stripes on my sonic next summer. Although I HAVE seen a sonic blue stang with silver stripes and it looked amazing, so I think you made a good choice with the colour combo!

your car is KILLER, very well done, very tasteful. I love the black spoiler, I thought of doing the same thing. The black stripes w/the pinstripes looks excellent. Well done.

what he said x2. I'm a bigger fan of 12" stripes generally speaking, but that car looks perfect, very retro, very cool
