Default Ram Air Kit vs CAI

So I'm pretty retarded when it comes to this stuff so bear with me.

Right now everything under my hood is stock, warranty bs, except the ram air kit that I got to go along with my hood. I can kind of feel a difference from stock but not really. So I'm wondering if I should just take out the ram air kit and put in a CAI, or can I fit a CAI in there with the ram air kit?

Here's the kit I have now. Didn't have the money at the time to get the underside of the hood painted but hopefully this christmas I'll get it finished.

i think you could possibly keep it if you have enough clearance with the cai shroud. I know my c&l would most likely fit (the stock one is alottt bigger)

i say you can still install a CAI and keep your ram air setup. might take a little modification but its worth a try.

I'm pretty sure that it can come off somehow, it's optional with the hood so there's got to be a way. Probably be a PITA though.

So I guess I'll give it a try. I searched around the forum and C&L seems to be a pretty popular intake. Any idea where the cheapest place to get it is?

the ford racing cold air kit would be a great fit & it comes with a tuner.
