Angry my mustang is donezo

and i am a sad Panda...driving down the highway today and heard a loud clanking sound so i immediately pulled over and as soon as i pulled over car cut off and the check engine light came on.... My dad thinks its a bent valve, dont know what that is. I am praying to god the warranty is going to cover this if not i am FUBAR'd. I just changed my oil last week and checked the oil levels and everything appeared fine but i guess. Keep my baby in your prayers it is getting towed tommorow morning....

Is the warranty still going to cover you? Because you have the dual exhaust im not sure if that is a problem or not

from what i understand if the mod did not cause the failure it should not void the warranty at least that is what i have heard so i hope it covers it...

Warranty is covered under the Magnuson Moss Warranty Act. If the item itself did not cause the problem they can not void your warranty because of it.

So say your engine is clanking and you have modified the suspension... unless somehow stiffer springs made your valve bent they can't cop out with a voided warranty.
