Spark Plugs / PCV @ 30K ????

Hit 30K and wanted to know if it is recommended to swap plugs/PCV etc at 30K? Not sure if they are 100k Plugs and cant seem to find the info to confirm, so I have questions....

Is the TSB just for the 4.6 or does it affect the 4.0? Any known issues or straight forward remove/replace? Recommended plugs?

Is there a go-by or thread on PCV/Plugs that anyone knows of?

Thanks

I'm not sure about the pcv but I know the plugs are good to 100k.

I'm going for my 60k mile on Friday and they will be replacing the PCV (this isn't a hard change, it can be done on your own). Plugs, again, are good until 100K.
