Electric water pumps?

Do they make them for our car? Supposedly on GT's they free up hp like underdrive pulleys and make a noticable difference. I couldn't find any searching so I am wondering if they are actually made for our cars.

In my time on the various forums, I've yet to come across one for the 4.0.
