should i change bumpers?
 

in december in going to be adding a single black stripe along with a red pinstripes running down my car. im buying an x charger around march or april of next year and i am thinking of keeping my bumpers stock. to kind of keep it looking v6 and sort of a sleeper u could say.i love the look of the rousche front bumper but should i keep it stock and be v6 looking sleeper or make it different? i ask everyones opinion because like i said i will need to order these before i paint my stripes in dec. and hood scoops to fake i mean ive never seen fake ones do they look bad or should i leave it stock as well. if i keep stock bumper ill probably get a spoiler under the front. idk right now im confused.

i say do whatever you think would be best. i personally dont like the v6 bumpers at all and changed to a saleen bumper (as you can see in my sig)

I also do not like the stock bumpers, that is why I put gt take off bumpers on. Plus the scream of the supercharger kind of takes away from the sleeper aspect.

haha the scream does give it away a bit.. I also have a distaste for our bumpers, but i swapped out for painted rockers last weekend and for some reason the v6 bumpers are oddly growing on me now that the ugly matte black rockers have become wall art! Maybe save $600 and just get rockers? but thats just my opinion..

The painted rockers just made my v6 bumpers look like they were even higher off the ground :) I think it made it worse. Just get GT take offs.... they look great!

The GT front bumper is the best mod ive done so far!

+1, except in my case it was the saleen. that and the exhaust system are the best so far

Change the front bumper...GT at the least. Our stock bumpers are too "soft" looking for a Mustang. But that's just my opinion.

Parnelli jones? You can get that one off eBay right now for $150 unpainted. Theyre even selling them on the site that made the listing, hell of a deal.

Personally I dont like the V6 bumper either it looks like it smiling or something.
