You can use GT take-off parts if you can find them, or you can have an exhaust shop custom fabricate them for you, or you can buy them aftermarket from JBA (I believe they sell the JBA kit at v6mustangstuff.com or something like that.)
Stingers + H (or X) are one of the more expensive set-ups, but they sound awesome.

Borla Stingers + H pipe. Hands down the best exhaust you can put on a V6 mustang (in my opinion, of course.)

I've had both setups (H + stingers for about a week and X + Stingers for the past 9 months or so) and it's a very noisy setup and extremely throaty sounding. The H + Stingers was a bit more toward the deep sound, and the X pipe is a bit more toward the throaty, but they were definitely comparable and both sound very mean and make a head-turning amount of noise.
Anyway, it sounds much better in real life than it ever will in a youtube video, and it's easily the best exhaust sound I've heard on a 4.0 in real life or in a vid.
pepper, if you're thinking loud but not insanely loud, magnaflows are probably a good choice. They still make some nice noise when you walk on it but nothing that will wake the neighbors up when you come home late at night.
You might also want to look into the FRPP dual setup with the X pipe + GTA mufflers which are again pretty nice sounding, but not overly loud for normal driving.
