Default Uprgading Wheels Question

If I upgrade to 17" wheels like whats on the GT do I have to upgrade rotors and calipers too (because I think the GT's are bigger) or is it just a good thing to do

you dont have to unless you want better stopping power..the only reason for teh bigger brakes and rotors on a GT is because there is extra weight in the front...

I didn't notice any difference when stopping with the 16's and 17's. But I did notice a bit heavier steering experience.

There is a difference when turning with the 17"s. The 16"s were really easy to steer...didn't feel any resistance.

I have the 17" x 9" Bullitt's with 255/45/17's on mine. I can't comment on the 16's since I had mine changed before I picked it up. Mine drives like it is on a slot car track. I think you will enjoy the ride regardless of what you decide. Good luck!

I added 17" American Racing Casino Chromes along with the same Pirelli's they use on the GT. Feels more nibble and sure-footed to me.
