Default Back Seats?

How do the back seats fold down, I tried pulling the handle thing but they didn't fold down

I'm just curious, because one time I dropped my keys in my trunk and I couldn't figure out how the heck to get the back seats down so I had to have someone come with my spare and help me lol (since they couldn't make a release inside of the car heh).

It isn't exactly a handle. Are you pulling on the release strap that is off to the side of the seat back?

You have to pull pretty hard but it's the strap the releases the seats.

It will come down but you have to give it some effort. It could be it's tight because it's never been moved.

Any luck? Pull it hard and be sure you aren't putting any weight on the seat back as that will cause the latch to bind up and not be able to release.

So they do fold down...I knew it! I was wondering this very same thing last week...but for very different reasons...my date and I were uhh...well we wanted to get more comfortable to put it mildly. So where is this release!? Help a guy out! Haha.

For the left seat, pull the strap toward you and then to the right a bit
same for the other side.
