Unhappy Any Twin Screw Superchargers for our V6's?

I've looked on the Whipple and Kenne Bell site and all I see is applications for V8's. Do us V6 users have a TS option or are we stuck with the Centri and Roots type superchargers?

Pardon my noobness if this is obvious.

No twin screw. I'm sure it could be fabbed though...eaton's tvs s/c is supposedly the most efficient s/c available, and it fits on the 4.6. It's not a twin-screw, but supposedly more efficient than even a twin-screw. someone with enough money and time could make it work for the six i'm sure. a lot of time and money and fabrication though.

I like the Eaton X-charger(roots type) but was reading on how the Whipple works and was interested in knowing if it was available for the V6. Guess we lowly V-sixxers get the crumbs from the masters table(V8) with no TS offering. bummer

basketballord, how do you like your X-Charger? Did you install yourself?

I love it. yes i did the install myself, with some help from my brother. It was pretty simple, the instructions are second to none.

Forgive me for all my questions, but does it come on right off the line? Any lag at all? What about the whine, you like it? Is it impressive when cruising the strip?

I wonder if Congress will loan me the money to get one?? Kidding!

Guess this will be the avenue I take with the motor mod soon. I like to whine, uhh...I mean I'd like the whine too......uhhh... with cheese.

Last question I hope, what about the heat without an intercooler available? Do you find yourself loosing power in the top end with heat buildup? I live in Southwest Louisiana and it gets HOT down here with a ton of humidity.
