I miss your old mustang

Can anyone clarify this for me? Will a CAI + Tune work for me and my cold temps??

Cold air = good. That's why they call it a Cold Air Intake.

MAX - If you are looking for acceleration, I can vouch for the CAI/Tune/Gears (see my sig) as making an incredible difference (especially gears) in acceleration! It's a "night and day" difference! I practice launching my car from red lights as if it's a drag race (where safe to do so) and it's VERY impressive how fast everyone else is a dot in my rear-view mirror!

How much do Gears reduce MPG? Because wont a CAI+Tune INCREASE MPG, and gears will DECREASE MPG? So does it equal out or is one greater than the other?

Don't believe that a CAI & tune will improve your MPG, even if technically it "could" - just ask everyone here - your MPG will DROP because you drive the car harder once you feel the improved acceleration! Anyway, you shouldn't be so concerned with MPG - you drive a Mustang... not a PRIUS!

With the mods I've got on my V6 I'm around 20 MPG average... 25 on extended highway driving, 18 in the city. Performance off the line... PRICELESS!
