Just an fyi... realistically, the only way you are going to approach 250-275 rwhp is with a supercharger. Keep in mind a stock GT makes probably 275-285 rwhp.

The most you can get out of a na 4.0 without significant engine mods is 215-220 rwhp.. and that's being generous. Most people with dyno tunes.. squeeze out about 200-215 rwhp.

Also, does the livewire display estimated HP at the crank (engine), or rear wheel hp (what a dyno measures)?

RPM your times sure improved with the conditions. Without those rims/bodykit I'm sure it would be a lot lower too. But heck it looks really good the way it is and its still keeping some fast time!!

Well F/I isn't always the way to go.. he could do significant engine mods.. but those are not enough bang for the buck..

I think the stock GT is mostly around the ballpack of 265-275ish rwph based on the transmission, I've seen a couple stock GT dynos.

I had a friend test mine last night with a stopwatch in my 5spd '06 and I got a 6.2 0-60 time. If you test it yourself your gonna get a high time. I was able to focus on the launch and shifting and my friend who was testing in the back seat with other friends stopped the time at 60 so I didn't have to look at the gauge and try to press stop. All I did was say go and then I launched. Manuals are for sure gonna always be faster in my experience. It's all about the launch though. Obviously if you have the gas and clutch mashed to the floor right before the launch your gonna spin a lot through first gear and get a high 6 or even 7sec 0-60 time. Try to level out that clutch and gas before you launch so your moving immediately. I launched around 2900 rpms BTW.

Everything on the LiveWire tests are "Estimates" because it cannot calculate for wheel-spin...

Also those HP TQ numbers are not at idle, that is from a dead stop through 3rd gear RPM-Range. Not sure I quite made it to the full RPM-Range on 3rd, as I hade to shut it down because of a car in front of me.

The 0-60 test, lets you program what speed you want the test to end at, and since the LiveWire reads the car-speed from Car itself, there is no need for a "Stopwatch". So I put it at 60, and once the car hit 60 the test was over.

It gives you a "Tree" to go from... with beeps, you can watch the tree lights on the device, or you can listen for the 3rd and final beep.

Its raining again here, so I doubt I will be able to get any more test runs in this week, as I have other things I gota do...

Regardless, of HP, TQ, or 0-60 speed, I am happy with my Stang, Sure I would love to have more HP.. but its a daily driver car, not a race car...

I guess that is why I didn't spend the $$ on a V8 or Gt500 I could never use that much power anywhere in the US on a open public road....

My little V6 can't even get to the full power usage, but as long as she throws me back in the seat for a long hard ride every now and then, I am happy... and I will slap her on her *** and put her away wet... LOL

Anyone know what my tire pressure should be? My light just came on! I have stock v6 rims/tires (not bullitt style). I'm at school now and I wont have time today to check. Anyone know?

Normal Tire Pressures should be 35PSI all the way around...
