Default FRPP Exhaust is on!

Just installed my duals. The install took about 3 hours with two people doing it. It was a pretty easy and straightforward install. The kit comes with everything you need. The instructions are kind of off though. You do not need to tap a hole for the left muffler. I highly recommend the use of a lift for this install.

The hardest part of the install was muscling the x-pipe in where we sawed the y-pipe off. The left muffler sagged a bit, that's because the hanger part touched the back of the frame of the car, that can be solved by sawing off about 1/2 an inch from the tip of the hanger, and then bending it downward a little so that the muffler tip is in the center of the gt bumper hole (hard to explain, but when you see it, it's obvious that the muffler hanger is a bit too long).

The car seriously sounds like a small v8 engine. I love it. There is a small drone at idle, but I think it's because the exhaust hasn't had time to break in yet. I think it'll solve itself after a couple hundred miles.

That's the x-pipe that replaces the Y-pipe

It looks a bit off, but that's because the car's at an angle.

Congrads! you'll love it!

I have the ford racing stingers setup on mine with hpipe. I drove 400 miles to my moms and back over the last couple of days, I have to admit.. I hate the drone at 65 mph and up, it will make everyone in the car sick! Im either gonna have to solve this or off the stingers go.

You get GTAs or GTBs? Funny you mentioned about the left muffler sag, now I know how to fix it thanks a bunch.

GTAs are on the Shelby GTs and have 4" tips. Louder then GTBs
GTBs are on the Bullitt and have 3.5" tips and little chease grater-esque holes in the inside of the tips.
