I am joking. Turbonators are a joke and a scam.

Yeah, I've heard they are CRRAAAP!!!!! Pretty much like how throttle body spacers give you more HP or something like that. Both are more useful as paperweights. But I know where you're coming from with wanting to shut some people's mouths up. I've heard Powerhouse gives the 6 some kick. I want to go twin, but that would probably be about 8+ grand. Think I'm just going to go single turbo.

Just keep in mind that most if not all claims for 'this gains xxxxx horsepower' are overstated, and IF somewhat accurate, MAY BE, and I mean maybe maybe, get close to the stated values ESTIMATED at the crank under ideal conditions.
Most cheap stuff is crap, so those claims should be ignored altogether...or at least ask on here (you're smart about that!).

And twin turbos can be done, but as others are saying, you can acheive great results with a single turbo and spend a lot less money. Please do your research, and you'll eventually likely do single. Of course ih you insist on blowing money for no end result gain difference, just to be able to say you have twins, then go for it. There's enough peeps on here who can offer lots of good turbo advice.
