Yes ABS and TCS always come as a pair. They didn't make any cars with them separately.

Uhh, yeah, that's most definitely not true, none of the '08's or '09's at my dealership had it, and I had to get them to trade one out for one from Houston that included it.

I agree, I ordered my '08 in Dec '07. I wanted the basic with Gt rear bumper and exhaust with 17"wheels, the wheels threw me into the premium but I did not pay for or receive the security package.

Its available online as well as the WorkShop Service Manuals.
