Rough startup?

Rough startup?
for the past few months I have noticed really rough start-ups. It doesn't do it on a cold start but if I drive around for a little bit, turn the car off and turn it back in the car will start fine for like 1-2 seconds then drop in rpm's and if I don't give it gas it will just stall out. I've tried raising my idle rpm using my tuner and still nothing. I even had it so to like 1000 rpms at idle and it still did the same thing.
Anyone have any thoughts on what's causing this?

Ive had that happen to me also. I took out my tune and ran my car under the stock ford tune. I didnt have any problems with it. I took it back to the dealership and they couldnt find anything wrong with it. what kind of tuner do you have and who programmed your car?

I have 24,000 miles I believe (some where around there).
I haven't tried loading the stock tune back, but I've tried all 3 tunes I have on the tuner and all of them reacted the same way. I can't remove the tune because I have 3.73 gears installed so the shift points would be way off. I forget who I got the tunes from it wasn't bamachips it was another company. It was so long ago though I forget. I'm thinking of getting a tune from bamachips and seeing if that sorts it out. I'm not sure what else it could be.
