Default Quick exhaust question

Auto:
http://www.newtakeoff.com/mustang_V6...2005-2009.aspx
Manual:
http://www.newtakeoff.com/mustang_V6...05-2009-1.aspx

What is the difference?
I am currently buying the mufflers and axle pipes from a guy in the classifieds, he has a manual GT and I have an automatic V6. I will be mocking this up to a Pypes x_pipe. Will I have issues?

It shouldn't matter. I can't tell the difference in those 2 besides hangers and clamps and stuff. There shouldnt be a problem.

Do you think its a difference in hangers or a difference in pipe bend?

search button . . . there is supposed to be a difference, but it's only in sound. I think everyone was saying to get the manual ones, but not sure.

Supposedly the manual ones are "deeper". I have an A/T but I can't tell any slight difference at all.

Youre kidding...
I'm over here worrying about fitment issues, and the difference is in the sound of the muffler. HAHAHA.
Why do they bother making two different kinds?
