The Terlingua Mustang by Shelby is the hottest V6 S197 out there IMO. But recheck your info. They offer two Terlingua packages, and I don't think the supercharger is included in that price. I may be wrong, but double check just to be safe.

Ha no the supercharged package is closer to 15000!! I went to the Shelby Plant in Vegas and my dad would love to have one. I think it would be worth more in the long run.

Yes the body styling is the 8k price and the other is +15k. They have been doing this kit for about 2 years now I believe.

The paint scheme is actually the reverse color combo
of the original T-coupes. And Shelby is doing a
"continuation series" of a few 67 Coupes with a
Keith Craft 408W engine. Price: $99,500. They even
have a CSX4000 series 427 Cobra painted in T colors
available. Surprised? Nope.

This is quite possibly the coolest V6 Mustang out there. I saw two at Barrett-Jackson when they were in Las Vegas. They had a yellow one and the black Need For Speed one they made.

I've read about these. Aren't they basically a CS6 with a different paint scheme?

The Terlingua is a hell of a package. The Hood is a Fully Functional Deep Draw hood where as the C6 Hood is not functional.

The supercharger, suspension, full exhaust and all of the body parts and interior upgrades make for a helluva ride. Plus it's a Shelby and will be on the Shelby Registry. You have to order them through one of the Mod Shops. Tasca Ford or one other.

I called Tasca on last Friday and they have 3 customers who put down the $10,000 required deposit, but they have no idea when the parts will come in to complete the mod. You also can get the 8.8 rear with 3.73 gears which I would include if I were to order one.

Tasca said the process from start to finish is about 4 months. You have to buy a baseline V-6 or send them yours.

Great article on the entire kit in the Shelby magazine.
