Default 4.10 Gears
I planning on getting the 4.10 gears and the Ford Racing Traction Loc all together.

My car is 2008 V6 with only 11,000 miles...I'm taking it to the Mechanic..Do I need to get the installation/master bearing kit as well?

You don't HAVE to, as you could let the mechanic buy that. But since you are buying the gears/t-lok, you might as well buy the bearing kit & friction modifier yourself.
