I agree...and have read countless threads about his tunes...but having several pop up all at once from recent new tunes is an "outbreak". I would think he would want to sort that out allot faster than "I will take a look."

Having a number of folks running around with a possible bad map will not be good for business...especially if they wind up with motor issues.

correct. that's why VMP should be notified IMMEDIATELY at the sign of any issue.

Sancho, I've been trying to get my tune fixed since 9/25/08. I have the xcharger and i'm running into a lean condition after 3-4 days after loading the tune. Justins known about that issue but still hasnt been able to fix it. he said it wouldnt hurt anything since it only happens at part throttle. I asked for a refund but he refused. Also, every time i send him logs it takes 4-5 weeks before he replies with a new tune. I sent him logs showing the problem 2/6/09 and it maxed out the LC-1 at 22.5 a/f. That cant be good for the engine.

Now, after VMP refusing to refund my $250 for the tune and I think waiting long enough I purchased Bama's tune. Bama's tune worked out of the box with no issues and ever time I send logs to fine tune it he responded within 3 days with a new tune.

good post schapman. this justifies an unsatisfied customer complaint.

I am also having an issue with warm starts since I put on my VMP intake and 92 octane performance tune. I have emailed Justin and hope to here back soon...
