I'm not exactly a gearhead (though working on it) but I'm gonna go ahead and say that's a hardy pile of bullsh-t.

I imagine you'd be seeing those kind of gains only if you completely cut power to those fuctions -- of course you probably want things like your alternator to continue functioning.

From what I've read, rpmoutlet has some of the worst customer service around. That's if you even get what you paid for. Plus, if you search around you can find some dyno sheets showing those UDP's are really only good for about 2 hp peak in better than optimal conditions.
But, I've never personally known anyone who's used one. They might be worth more than I've read. But, definitely not 12hp worth. Not on a NA engine.
