Default The Stang Has Begun Its Transformation

Well, guys I have been talking here and there about what I am going to do with my Stang once I return from this deployment. During my down time here in Afghanistan I started buying all the parts I wanted through bargaining with members from various forums, shopping ebay, and buying new parts. I couldn't contain my enthusiasm any longer and asked the wife to take the car to a trusted friend to start the installation of some parts before my return. I know, I know I threw away my part in taking a personal hand in working on my car, but I wanted the Stang to be ready for my return. Here are some progress / teaser photos. I will be uploading more in the next day or two showing the rest of the various upgrades! Take a look at my exhaust photo and you can see a lot of suspension upgrades in there and also my exhaust is completely custom made using components from different kits out there. My goal was to get a complete dual exhaust installed for under 350.00 and get the look I wanted. What do you guys think so far?

*** I PUT THE PHOTOS IN MY PROFILE FOR ANYONE TO LOOK AT AND MAYBE REPOST HERE ON THE THREAD FOR EVERONE TO SEE? ***

What mufflers did you go with? I like the way they look!

The wheels are a staggered set of FR500s 18x9 / 18x10. It looks like there is a lot of space between the wheel and fender because the car is on a jack. The car has been lowered so when I get the full car photos the wheels will look awesome, even more than they do!

The mufflers are actually not American Thunders. They are stock GT mufflers w/custom tips and then painted flat black using engine paint to withstand high temps. I bought them from 08MachGT and just had to repaint them for he had already put those tips on there. The rest of the exhaust is dynomax (xpipe, midpipes).

I uploaded some more progress / teaser photos in my profile if someone will post them for me please?
