V6 or V8

You have to decide what will make you happier though... building up the car or trading it in for a GT. Personally, I think about buying a Bullitt all the time.. but I just couldn't get rid of my car (because i've made it my own and it's just so purdy ).

That's only true if he plans on going over 150 or so mph....
That said.. a 4.10:1 gear ratio may cause some traction problems off the line.

if you are looking to get a super or turbo charger you might not want to change the gears because sometimes it will make it to steep and you don't have much top speed
also if you want more information on turbo vs. super charger their are lots of threads but the two most popular are powerhouse for the turbo and x-charger for the super charger

If you have power in mind then go for a v8 it will be easier and safer. If you want to just mod the crap out of your 6 with the money you didn't spend if you traded for an 8 then you can do that too.

Anyone know what it costs roughly to upgrade to a GT? What price range should I expect to pay for a GT if I trade in my 07 4.0 stock that's got a clean engine, clean body and a "Fair" interior (it would be excellent if it were shampoo'ed)? What would an 05, 06, and 07 GT run me?

Blowers are not easier to tune, the same amount of effort goes into tuning both forms of FI.

i got USAA and they are cheap, but the the cheapest around. i have been in the army 7 years. i bank with usaa also, good customer service, top notch, better than wells fargo whom i bank with too. i just dont like the fact that they dont have a physical bank. and u don't need to be in the military to have insurance with usaa either.
