Dual Exhaust with limited warranty

Dual Exhaust with limited warranty
My full Warranty Expires in 1,500 miles -- about a 1.5 months for me. I will be left with the Limited Warranty.
If I do a Dual Exhaust conversion and go with something other than Ford Products are there any problems that an off-brand product could cause that would make my limited warranty not be covered?
I'm planning to go with the FRPP kit but not have the dealership install (I heard you have to have the Dealer install the kit for the warranty to stay intact??)
Could anything go wrong thats covered under the limited warranty and be not covered because I have an "off-brand" product or a OEM product not installed by them?

i installed FRPP gtb mufflers on my own, and nothing has gone wrong, and all of the materials and parts were 5x better than the parts and bolts I took off of the car. I do know that you cannot get the warranty on the exhaust system if you do it your self, but i do not think it conflicts with any other warranties if you do it your self.

Ford's world wide policy is not to make any issues about cat back exhaust when related to warranties. There are many specific cases demonstrating this.
In America scince 1975 it's been illegal for aftermarket parts to void a "full" warranty like the mustang's but in other countries Ford voids car warranties left and right for modifications however certain things are specifically overlooked, those being mods that appearance related, wheels or a cat back exhaust.
