Default Throttle sticking

Acouple of times now my throttle got stuck on the floor, I thought it was the floor mat but I had cut it out for clearance. It did rev the **** out of the engine but I didn't panic and shut it down when I put the clutch in, seeings there is no linkage or cable to the throttle body... any suggestions what could be causing this or has anyone had this problem, also taking off in first, If I don't rev the engine properly and accelerate accordingly, the car starts bucking bad and the only way to recover is to put the clutch in and start all over again, any Ideas??

It seems the previous owner did the gas pedal 'bend the wipers' mod.
Remove the assembly, disassemble it, check it for the source of
the binding, correct the problem, lube it, reassemble it, and reinstall it.
Or take it to the stealership and tell them how dangerious it is and
see if they will fix it for free.

Rev the engine properly. Bucking problem solved.
Or get rid of the 3.31s gears for a set of 3.73s or 4.10s.
Drive the mustang, dont let the mustang drive you.

Thanks for the reply, I am the original owner and never had the throttle body off, car is an 06 and only has 5500 mi on it, I may have a lube issue on the throttle shaft so I might look into that, but was wondering if a tune might resolve the other problem

no hes not talking about the TB he is talking about the little housing just about the gas pedal, it has several metal blades that touch recievers to determine how far the gas pedal is pressed in, some ppl bend them to increase throttle response. In you case I would guess that the housing might have trash from the factory or is defective in it or that some screw/bolt is in it too tight. If the pedal did not bounce back one floored.

No problem man, were all here to help.
Hell as of my join date I would have ran out and changed my muffler bearings and blinker fluid if some one told me to. I love learning
