2010 > 2005 Fenders/Bumpers

Well I'm the dude that did that write-up how many years ago on a V6 > GT bumper swap. I'd LOVE to get my hands on a 2010 Mustang, but the bottom line is I cannot afford it, I like parts of the '05 interior better, we have the same power train as the 2010 iirc, I'm emotionally attached to my first car, and maybe I can swap out the bumpers for 2010 bumpers!

The predicament here is that the 2010 has accents that pretty much wrap around the entire car; so you can't just get a front fascia and expect it to line up flush with the fenders.. I don't think anyway.

But it's still the S197 frame correct? I guess we wont know until someone tries!

Interesting.... I read the only carryover, and it's obvious, is the roof
sheetmetal. Looks like the door seam at the front is the same but
the rear has a rise at the rear of the bottom of the glass. Maybe
could do a front clip swap (fenders, hood, fascia but would guess
it would look weird without the updated 10 rear profile.

Whoops, I think this should go to the appearance sub-forum. Forgive me, I haven't been here since they've moved everything around!
