Xenon rear bumper cover, yes or no?
Hi guys, haven't been on for a while, but would like some feedback on whether or not I should put a Xenon rear bumper cover on my 07 or go with a GT cover. Dual exhaust openings or cutouts are not my concern, whether to put on the Xenon cover, which doesn't have cutouts for rear marker lights (the red side lights behind the rear wheels) without the rear marker lights is of a legal concern to me. I'm pretty sure these are required by federal law, but is it just me taking a chance or is it better just not to go the risky Xenon route. The Xenon bumper looks fab though. Appreciate your feedback. I would go with the Xenon since it looks better and research if that's really a legal issue, it seems odd that xenon would make a car illegal on the streets with such a small feature that could have been avoided.

You know I've seen photos of the Xenon rear bumper many times and it never clicked it was missing the side markers
Those are required by Federal law, and it would be grounds for a citation or failing a state safety inspection.
That being said, so many cars don't have seperate side markers, becuse they're built into tailights assemblies that wrap around the car sides, that a lot of people probably wouldn't even notice.
My own opinion is that markers aside, there are better looking covers out there. The Xenon looks a little too smooth/non-aggressive for a 'stang imho.
