Default Dual exhaust...full GT exhaust at my disposal.

My wifes V6 is in need of a dual exhaust set up, shes been on my *** about it since we got the car, lol. i have my full stock exhaust from my gt and also a pypes O/R x pipe at my disposal. i assume the mid pipes and mufflers wont be a problem, ill need a hanger for one side and to find a new rear bumper (or cut it in the mean time). what im wondering here is about using the pypes x pipe from a GT on the V6,how off will it be? will the collectors we the same? i will cut and weld what ever i need to but if someone has done this, just give me a heads up.

how will it sound?

The stock pipes on a V6 ahead of the 'Y' are 2.25". The GT pipes are 2.5".
The dowpipes won't bolt up to the V6 manifolds.

But, you can cut the V6 pipes before the Y and splice the X/H into the pipes.
