If it looks like a 120V plug it is probably a block heater.
Maybe the dealership had to use it and didnt wind it
back up. Check the window sticker for that option
or do an OASIS report on the VIN to see the options
shipped but not dealer installed on your stang.
All those are missing the fog lamp assemblies.
Those are not deals but parts finding money pit grills.
No wonder the OEM with the fogs and bulbs and wiring is upwards of $400
