Anybody know what's the criteria to upgrade to the mycolor?

the 05's came with the "heated throttle body." But its a 2 min fix so no big deal. TPMS can be a little bit of a pain if you end up switching rims, something to keep in mind.

Thank you sir...

The early 05s are plagued by multiple TSBs.
The windows could globally be rolled down from the key fob on the early 05s.
The 06-09s can be modified for that feature....
They all seem to leak water at random....

Need to find my window sticker - my '09 V6 Premium came with the mycolor and footwell/drink holder neons I thought as standard. I'm still seeing some '09s new at the dealer for low prices, I got mine for a lot less, now I see em for even less!!!

Question:

Why do some Mustangs of varying years have stiffer clutch pedals while others have much lighter ones?

Thanks,
John

MyColor is a $460.00 interior upgrade option (IUP). It comes with a Satin Aluminium dash cover.
You can purchase one through Ford but it is very expensive. Another option would be to keep checking eBay for a used '07+ dash cluster then send it to this company to have it reset with your mileage. You still would need a switch so the buttons on the dash will work.

Um, because the 99-04s used a cable with a clutch quadrent
and the S197 05-09s use a hydraulic setup.

Hey thanks for the info. I've done some blue lighting inside and wanted to change the dash cluster lights to blue as well.

Very interesting - and good to know.

Now, what sort of "water leaks" are we talking about here please?

the dreaded water leak!!! You can check for water damage on the passenger side footwell. there is a panel you can take off and its where your fuse box is located. Pretty sure I got that right, have not had problems with it personally.
