Default billet grille

I have an 05 v6with the stock grille, i am looking to put the gt grille and headlight setup on my car. I really want a billet grille with the headlight cutouts and the pony cutout. I have been having trouble finding one with both for the v6. will a gt grille fit on the v6 and attach easily? any of the billet grilles not overlay or do they all go over the stock grilles? anybody know where i could find a replacement billet with both cutouts that is not an overlay for the v6? thanks for the help.
if such a grille does not exist i am perfectly happy to go with a non billet grille with the gt headlights and pony cut out.

A GT grille will not fit unless you have the GT front bumper. Might want to look into getting the grille you really want and a front end swap at the same time.

Search V6 to GT grill for all your answers.
The GT grill is bigger than the V6 grill. Period.
Aftermarket V6 with the GT fog lights
and pony emblem abound. Get a billett
grill for a GT grill and cut it down to fit
the aftermarket V6 grill with the GT fogs...
Search until the items materialize....

Go here or search the forums for a GT bumper in your color: http://newtakeoff.com/

Get the grille you want for a GT bumper

Then go here to learn how to do it:

Nope, GT grilles are made to go in GT bumpers.

correct. Look in the how to's for a write up on a gt bumper switch. You could also cut a GT grille to fit in your 6 bumper like stated above. Your call though, depends on how comfortable you feel with your skills.

I swapped the gt bumper and grill onto my v6 over the weekend. I was really harmless and took my brother and I about 2 1/2 hours.

greeksponger02, I have been looking at grills lately and I haven't seen anything that will keep the pony package look. (the mustang "corral") I think you would need to go to a completly different grill if you wanted a billet look.

I could be wrong, but I haven't seen anything out there.
