engine swap

Honestly, the easiest way to do this would to be the following steps:
1. take the doors off of your car
2. take the fenders, hood, seats, dash, and carpet out of your car
3. put all of this in a wrecked GT.

That's pretty funny^
You can do the swap but you need an engine, transmission, ECU, driveshaft, rear end to do the swap. That's a lot of $$$ for parts and unless you are mechanically inclined you'll have to pay someone else to install which will likely run you over $1000 at least. If you can pick all the parts up cheap and install yourself it is worth it. Otherwise, not so much.

This question gets asked 10 times a month - with a junkyard engine the swap will cost $9,000 installed. How do I know? I've talked to some one that's done it. This was with very good prices for all the parts involved too. All of them from websites like newtakeoff.com.
On the other hand you could supercharge your car for $5000 installed and have 345 hp instead of getting 300.

Yes, but why when Ford sells them that way.
You would have a screwed up V6 in the end.
You will need to beef up the tranny if it is a manual
and the 7.5" rear end has to go. Then the front
brakes need to be swapped to GT rotors to stop this
Frankenstein V6 thats now a V8.
Sell the V6 and buy a GT unless you are made of money....
